1. About this page

This page is operated by Floors 2 You LLC ("Floors 2 You", "we", "us"). By using this page and submitting the estimate request form you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the form.

2. What this page is for

This page exists so you can request a free, no-obligation in-home estimate. Submitting the form does not create a contract for work, does not reserve a date, and does not commit you to buy anything. Any work is covered by a separate written quote and agreement signed after the estimate visit.

3. Estimates, pricing and quotes

Prices, timelines and availability are quoted in writing after an in-home visit and depend on the condition of the space, the materials chosen and the size of the job. Nothing on this page is a binding price. Where financing or a monthly payment option is mentioned, it is provided by a third-party lender, is subject to that lender's approval and terms, and is not a guarantee of credit.

4. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are supplied by the material manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's own terms, registration requirements and exclusions. Our workmanship warranty is set out in your written quote. The specific warranty terms that apply to your job are the ones stated in that quote.

5. The information you give us

You agree that the details you submit are accurate and are your own, and that you are at least 18 years old. We may contact you at the phone number and email address you supply, as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use automated tools to submit the form, attempt to interfere with the page or its systems, or use it for anything other than a genuine estimate request.

7. Third-party content and links

This page links to Google Business Profile for customer reviews. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Images

Photographs on this page are used to illustrate the type of work carried out. Finished results vary with the condition of the space, the materials chosen and site conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this page is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
